Change of Mind
If you change your mind on a purchase as the goods you have purchased are not fit for purpose, please contact us within 3 business days of you signing for the goods. If you contact us with 3 business days of receipt of the goods, the goods are unopened in their original packaging and you return the goods with your receipt a refund or store credit will be issued. You will need to arrange your own freight of the item back to our store for any change of mind returns. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for personalised products where there is a change of mind.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If goods arrive to you are damaged through no fault of your own we will replace the item with an identical item as quick as we can. Please contact upon delivery of the damaged item and we will arrange for the damaged item to be returned to us and an identical item sent to you.
Faulty Items and Warranties
If goods you purchase from us arrive faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised you are entitle to a store credit, exchange or refund.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please contact us in the instance that a product arrives faulty, has been wrongly described, is different to the product purchased or doesn’t perform as advertised. Where we consider the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee the cost to return the goods will be covered by us.
After a certain period of time of receiving your purchase and the product fails you will need to send your product direct to the supplier with a copy of your receipt for warranty inspection. In this instance simply contact us so we can further advise you on where to send the product. Goods that have failed will usually need to be inspected by supplier to determine if user error, misuse or genuine product failure and whether it be minor or major.
If you are unable to find your receipt, please contact us and we will try and locate a copy on our system for you.
Where BELGRAVIA SPORTS APPAREL considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to BELGRAVIA SPORTS APPAREL will be at our cost. Please contact us in the instance that an item needs to be returned for repair Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability or freight delays.
You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply.
If a refund is approved it will be processed within 3 business day from approval. Depending on your payment method, the refund may take up to 72 hours to take effect.
Belgravia Sports Apparel will refund/return products that are deemed to be faulty by our trained uniform staff in accordance with the Rights of a consumer as listed by the Consumer Affair’s Commission South Australia.
Belgravia Sports Apparel will exchange brand new products providing they are returned in the exact packaging as purchased, proof of purchase provided and within 14 days of the date originally purchased.
If the product is not in stock, the customer can choose to hold the exchange until such time that the product returns into stock.
All major faults deemed by our Uniform Shop staff are replaceable in event that the product fails to be fit for use within a reasonable time frame of purchase of the product.
Change of mind or Size exchange
- We accept returns for change of mind or size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. If we receive your return after 14 days, we reserve the right to return to sender.
- Simply fill in the RETURNS FORM provided with your order and send with your item/s to: Bizwear Returns, 20 Longstaff Road, Bayswater VIC 3153
- All items must be returned with no damage to the item or packaging. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact. Failure to do so will result in items being returned to sender.
Faulty or damaged items:
- We will gladly refund or exchange any new product that may be faulty or damaged.
- Please e-mail email@example.com with photographic evidence and we will be in-touch with you within 1-2 business days.
- Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method. Please allow 1-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
